What is your turnaround?

We respond to messages within 24 hours. We complete a design service depending on the speed you request. Our service options allow for you to choose a turnaround time of your first draft of your design anywhere between 36 - 72 hours from when the client provides everything we need to create a design. For rush orders, you can expect the proof design to be ready between 24-36 hours.

What is the design process like?

As soon as we receive everything we need from the client, we begin working and will then provide the first draft. Next, you'll review the design and make revisions (the number of rounds of revisions will depend on the service offering you chose) Usually, clients do not need additional rounds of edits, but if you feel like you need another round of edits than is included with your service offering, you can purchase additional rounds of edits separately.

Do I have all the rights to my designs?

Absolutely, the design can be used however you'd like, print as many times as you'd like and you can even resell the designs. The design becomes your property and you can use it as you deem fit. In our studio, we will only use your designs for promotional marketing, examples to demonstrate to new and existing clients and for our portfolio on both websites and social platforms.

How will I receive the files?

The final files will be sent via email in high resolution. For logos, we send the same file in multiple file formats and with transparent backgrounds so you can use or print where you'd like.

Once I have received the final files, can I request changes?

Yes, you can request more changes/edits, but there will be an additional charge.

Where can I print the designs?

We recommend UPRINT.COM, they use dielines free of charge. They also ship anywhere in the United States. You can also print at home or any print shop near you, depending on the size of the design needed.

Do you store my design?

We do not store your designs, it is very important that once you receive your design you download and save them on your computer. If after some time you need to access your design and we still have it, there will be an additional fee to re-send the files.

How can I pay?

You can pay using a bank transfer, we accept Zelle, Paypal or Venmo. You can also pay with credit card via a link we provide.
